Problem statement:

The customers don’t have any incentive for using Empuls survey template over their own thus often use custom survey options. This has led to lack of market validation of the templates and additional capabilities like benchmarking are stalled. Furthermore Empuls is losing customers to competitors due to this.

Why: How do we know if this is a real problem worth solving?

We should solve this for 2 reasons,

  1. It moves Empuls up to a level of parity with our competitors in the market
  2. Customers will be getting something more than what others like qualtrics, survey monkey provide as output.

Success criteria:

  1. The Empuls survey template is helps us acquire 3 or more paid customers in first 6 months.
  2. The Empuls survey template rightly identifies attrition risk employees thus providing a ROI for the customers using the template. This will help Empuls get recurring business.
